A live webinar is an interactive video event broadcast over the internet in real-time. Unlike a pre-recorded video, a live webinar allows a host to present information to a virtual audience while engaging with them through digital tools.

Recorded webinar is a recording of the live session on related topics. Once purchased, the recording will be available in your account and through a shared link, allowing you to watch it anytime and anywhere at your convenience. You will receive lifetime access to the recording; however, an internet connection is required each time you view it.

An E-Transcript is a written PDF file, which contains a word-to-word recording of the presentation.

A “Download Course” is like a recorded webinar. The only difference between a recorded webinar and a download course is that, you can access the download course without an active internet (once you download the coures).

Ans - If you haven't receive the registration email, we encourage you to talk to your IT team and tell them to whitelist courseministry.com domain so that you must access and receive all the required emails concerning the webinar whether it's related to registration or the instruction kit you receive a couple of days before the live webinar.

Also, we urge you to keep an eye on the spam folder. Sometimes, the email hits the spam instead of inbox.

There is no need to panic. Three ways you can fix the issue:

1. First of all, clear all the cache and cookies on your laptop/computer and restart the system once. 
2. Try to access the link in incognito mode. 
3. You can join the webinar on your phone also. Copy and paste the joining link on chrome and it take you to the “Go To” meeting page where the live webinar is held.
4. You can also contact us via chat or support. Reach out to us at support@courseministry.com. You can access chat option on the website.  
    

We recommend that you log in at least ten minutes before the scheduled time of the webinar. Also, please ensure that your system has a stable internet connection so that you do not experience any glitches when the webinar goes live.
