Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 requires employers to provide a reasonable accommodation to qualifies individuals with disabilities so long as it does not create an undue hardship on the employer. However, the COVID-19 pandemic had made it even more difficult for employers to navigate the Americans with Disabilities Act and The Interactive process.
